Directrice / Directeur Senior – Services aux entreprises (Banque Nationale)
Responsable du développement et de la gestion du portefeuille de clients d’affaires, vous contribuez à l’expansion du service aux entreprises au sein du secteur Banque Commerciale et Gestion Privée.
Responsabilités
- Identifier et développer des occasions d’affaires dans votre marché, accroître votre clientèle commerciale et établir des stratégies de développement des affaires.
- Aider la clientèle à atteindre ses objectifs commerciaux en proposant des stratégies financières basées sur la combinaison la plus appropriée de produits et services de la Banque.
- Répondre aux besoins changeants en adaptant et optimisant les produits financiers et les conseils/approches.
- Négocier les termes et conditions des accords avec la clientèle, tout en s’assurant qu’ils respectent les normes de gestion des risques et critères de rentabilité.
- Élaborer des plans de développement commercial.
- Assister le Chef d'équipe, Services aux entreprises dans l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Participer activement à diverses activités de réseautage (cocktails, conférences, etc.).
- Travailler en synergie avec tous les autres départements de la Banque.
Qualifications
- Minimum de 5 à 9 ans d’expérience en développement d’affaires dans l’industrie financière (certificat universitaire + 9 ans, licence + 7 ans, master + 5 ans).
- Expérience dans l’analyse des états financiers.
- Expérience en matière de crédit commercial.
- Réseau de contacts professionnels parmi les PME et grandes entreprises locales, un atout majeur.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (langue requise). English proficiency preferred.
- Excellente communication, travail en équipe, orientation client, agilité et capacité d’apprentissage.
