Responsable de projet en solutions technologiques

Rejoignez-nous en tant que Responsable de projet pour des solutions technologiques. Ce poste crucial est centré sur la satisfaction client et l'optimisation des processus de projet.
Idéalement, vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, avec des compétences en négociation et en planification. Votre rôle consistera à gérer un portefeuille de projets, superviser les intégrations de nouveaux clients, et établir des relations stratégiques avec ceux-ci. Avec une approche axée sur la valeur, vous devrez également identifier des opportunités d’amélioration continue dans les solutions proposées.
Key Responsibilities:
• Traduire les objectifs des clients en actions concrètes
• Gérer les mandats et suivre leur performance
• Superviser les processus de mise en production
• Planifier les réunions avec l’équipe et les clients
• Documenter et mettre à jour les normes opérationnelles
Requirements:
• Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets technologiques
• Expérience en interaction avec la haute direction
• Certification Agile, ITIL ou PMP est un grand plus
• Baccalauréat ou formation en gestion de projets est souhaitée
• Compréhension des produits Microsoft BizApps et des principes ITIL
