The work combines hands-on production, team mentorship, stakeholder alignment, and AI workflow innovation. You will guide artists, designers, and motion creatives while shaping scalable production systems and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead creative reviews and establish consistent quality benchmarksMentor artists, designers, and motion creatives through structured feedbackDevelop creative services roadmaps aligned with business goalsIntegrate generative AI tools into production workflowsDeliver static, motion, video, and CG assetsRequirements:
10+ years in creative production, art direction, motion design, or related fieldsSenior creative leadership and mentoring experienceHands-on generative AI production expertiseAdobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator proficiencyExperience designing automated creative production systemsShape Kabam’s creative vision through AI production systems, hands-on craft, team mentorship, and marketing leadership in Vancouver.
