Director of Aviation Maintenance Services

Manage aviation maintenance services as a Director. Bring technical leadership and regulatory expertise to ensure high-quality maintenance standards across various aircraft models. This role requires a deep understanding of aviation regulations and hands-on leadership experience. You will coordinate with Transport Canada and lead compliance efforts while monitoring staff performance. Key activities include overseeing maintenance quality, managing training programs, and ensuring sufficient staffing for operational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison with Transport Canada for AMO
- Ensure adherence to aircraft maintenance regulations
- Evaluate maintenance quality and implement corrective actions
- Conduct staff performance reviews and training
- Facilitate recruitment of qualified technical personnel
- Valid TCCA M2 licence with a decade of experience
- 5+ years in supervisory positions
- Strong troubleshooting and regulatory knowledge
- Valid driver’s licence and global travel capability
- Right to work in Canada and ability to hold an RAIC
