Senior Counsel - Aviation Transactions in Calgary

You will lead negotiations while balancing business objectives and legal risks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiation of aircraft purchase and lease agreements
- Draft and review commercial transaction documents
- Provide legal consultation to internal teams
- Ensure timely execution of multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Build relationships with aviation regulatory bodies
- LLB degree and Law Society of Alberta membership
- Minimum 7 years in corporate and transactional law
- Strong background in aviation-related matters
- Proven skills in leading complex negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
