Based in East Montreal or Pointe-Claire, you will play a pivotal role within the organization by serving as the direct liaison between our clients and our employees. Through active listening, patience, and resilience, you will ensure the delivery of compassionate, top-quality support.

Position Details:
- Status: Permanent, full-time (35 hours/week)
- Compensation: Starting at $21.00 / hour
- Location: East Montreal or Pointe-Claire

Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails
Handle file opening and follow-ups
Maintain client relations, demonstrating the necessary patience and resilience

Detail-oriented and rigorous: Manage multiple data sets simultaneously, input information into the Maya software, and perform necessary updates to files.

Qualifications
Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for daily communication with English-speaking clients based outside of Quebec.
Experience in phone-based customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Patience and resilience.
