Director – Mission Critical & Data Centers (Electrical) Join WSP Canada as the Director for transformative data center solutions across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering resilient electrical design. In this leadership role, you will oversee large-scale electrical projects while championing sustainability and innovation. Key Responsibilities Oversee high-performance electrical designs for data centers
Guide technical direction as a Subject Matter Expert
Ensure project success through scope, budget, and quality management
Develop creative business strategies and proposals
Mentor project leaders to enhance organizational capability
Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, P.Eng. required
Over 15 years in mission-critical project delivery
In-depth knowledge of UPS, generators, and redundancy
Experience managing diverse, technical teams
Robust analytical and client-facing skills
