About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our Global Development Team (“GDT”), which includes six key business units: Global Procurement, Key Account Management, Markets & Commercial, Technical, Development, and Energy Storage. This role is critical in enhancing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely execution of due diligence and strategic initiatives, and supporting senior leadership with high-impact project management tasks

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Management

• Facilitate collaboration across GDT business units to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives


• Track and manage discreet projects and strategic initiatives, taking point on intake, scope clarification, resource allocation, and deliverables
  
  
  
  • Examples include supporting leadership with organizing and preparing materials for key quarterly meetings, organizing allocation of resources for key projects, coordinating key meetings, etc.
  
  


• Maintain robust project tracking systems and dashboards to monitor progress and proactively flag delays

Presentation & Communication Support

• Create, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations for key internal and external stakeholders


• Own the development of templates and visual materials to streamline presentation development working closely with our corporate marketing & branding teams


• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals on high-impact, strategic initiatives

Administrative & Operational Support

• Support due diligence processes and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards


• Manage certain purchase orders, invoice coding, and requisition submissions and manage departmental budget


• Support onboarding processes for our portfolio companies into procurement policies and compliance frameworks

Global Customer Support & Administration

• Act as the operational day-to-day today liaison with some of our largest customers coordinating proposal package submissions ensuring completeness and accuracy


• Coordinate contract (PPA) signing processes, including internal and external stakeholder management


• Oversee post-PPA deliverables with our regional portfolio companies such as posting of security collateral, execution of estoppels and direct agreements, setting up of data feeds, and project performance reporting and tracking


• Track framework agreement timelines, deliverables, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field


• 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, project management, or executive support role


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel


• Experience working in cross-functional teams


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion


• Background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or corporate development is a plus


• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor onboarding


• Experience supporting legal or commercial contract workflows

Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield’s identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively.
