Position Overview

You'll play a key role in the timely and safe delivery of automotive parts to our commercial customers, contributing directly to the store's success. As a driver, your role is crucial in upholding the PartSource brand integrity through a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out customer deliveries and pickups of automotive parts using a company vehicle.
- Validate the accuracy of deliveries by cross-checking part numbers with customer invoices.
- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and friendly delivery operations.
- Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, reporting any necessary repairs to uphold safety standards.
- Follow the store's loss prevention procedures while assisting in warehouse and retail area organization.
- Uphold a safe work environment, including adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
- Comply with the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- A team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and forging authentic connections.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Availability to work flexible shifts throughout the week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capable of sitting for up to 8 hours per shift (in an automobile) and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with using protective equipment, including mandatory certified safety shoes (supplied upon hire), and as required, safety glasses, reflective safety vest, gloves, and apron.
- Knowledge and experience in automotive parts aftermarket is an asset.

Our typical hiring range is between $18.25 and $19.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
