We are currently hiring a Manager, Service Location, in Kelowna. You will lead the daily operations of a membership based insurance agency and be instrumental in training your team to drive BCAA's sustainable and profitable growth strategy. What you bring

• Degree in Marketing or Business (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

• At least four years of sales experience at a supervisory or management level.

• Solid track record of working in a dynamic and sales culture environment.

• Exceptional coaching and team building skills. Building relationships also comes naturally to you.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office

During a typical day, you will:

• Lead the operations of a membership-based insurance agency and manage a productive sales team

• Implement strategies that enhance work culture and retention, including employee engagement, recognition and corporate campaigns.

• Meet sales growth targets through effective business planning, acquisition of new business and retention of current clients.

• Ensure risk management practices follow corporate standards through ongoing documentation.

• Participate in community impact events and corporate sponsored charities to build brand awareness.

The salary range for this position is $91,000 to $115,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
