Business Process Analyst

Description

Our client is seeking an intermediate-level Process Analyst to support the redesign and optimization of technology fulfillment workflows and ServiceNow request processes. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, fulfillment teams, engineering teams, and ServiceNow platform teams to identify process inefficiencies, gather requirements, and drive workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document current-state business processes and workflows.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and future-state process designs.

Gather and document business, functional, and workflow requirements.

Create user stories and support Agile delivery practices.

Partner with ServiceNow platform teams to support workflow enhancements.

Conduct UAT testing and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making across multiple teams.

Recommend process improvements that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Required Experience

3-5 years of Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or Process Improvement experience.

Experience with process mapping and workflow redesign.

ServiceNow experience, including knowledge of request workflows and service catalog processes.

Requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT experience.

Agile methodology experience, including user story creation.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Considered an Asset

Banking or financial services experience.

ITSM or technology fulfillment experience.

Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience.

ServiceNow implementation or enhancement project experience.

Business Analysis certifications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toronto, ON.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a hybrid position in Toronto,ON.
