SARCAN Senior Manager - Capital Projects

Join SARCAN in Saskatoon as a Senior Manager focused on Operations, Facilities, and Capital Development. You will manage crucial budgets and contribute to sustainable practices across the province. In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing capital project management and ensuring optimized asset utilization. Your expertise will support the General Manager of Maintenance and contribute to SARCAN’s commitment to environmental stewardship. Engage with leadership teams to develop strategies that enhance both facilities and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze capital and infrastructure budgets
- Oversee asset lifecycle assessments and planning
- Handle contract negotiations and management
- Conduct site inspections and assess facility needs
- Develop infrastructure improvement strategies
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years in a relevant field
- PMP certification is advantageous
- Proven project and people management skills
- Must complete a satisfactory criminal record check
