Senior Emergency Restoration Manager

Become a Senior Emergency Restoration Manager with First Onsite, where you will oversee critical disaster recovery efforts and mentor dedicated teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct emergency response and restoration project teams
- Inspect sites and manage drying process setups
- Lead and mentor technicians for optimal performance
- Facilitate collaboration with Project Managers and clients
- Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards
- 5+ years of experience in the restoration field
- Minimum of 2 years leading teams effectively
- In-depth understanding of water remediation standards
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities
- Relevant IICRC certifications and clean driving record
