Enterprise IT Project Manager Role

Enhance Stantec's IT PMO in Edmonton as a Senior Project Manager for enterprise IT projects. Your leadership will drive projects to completion in adherence to budget and governance standards. This role demands strong project management expertise to lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery. You will navigate stakeholder complexities while ensuring compliance with PMO processes and maintaining detailed project documentation in ServiceNow SPM, enhancing overall project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct lifecycle management of key technology projects
- Create and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Lead steering committee meetings to review risks and status updates
- Support development of project initiation requests and documentation
- Foster continuous improvement within the PMO governance framework
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise IT project management
- Deep understanding of project governance and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Relevant project management certification required
