As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be embedded within a high-performing team focused on Clarity financial management. Your primary mission is to extract, analyze, and reconcile large datasets to identify financial discrepancies, determine their root causes, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement fixes within the financial reporting cycle.

Responsibilities
•Data Extraction & Analysis: Regularly extract complex financial data from the organization's financial book of record (Clarity).

•Discrepancy Investigation: Assess financial data to confirm transaction accuracy, identify discrepancies, and investigate root causations.
•Action Planning: Summarize your analytical findings and create structured plans to address required financial fixes within tight reporting cycles.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead and coordinate with internal stakeholders, resources, and external vendors to ensure financial corrections are executed properly and efficiently.
•Process Optimization: Continuously assess existing workflows to find opportunities to improve and streamline processes for future financial reporting cycles.

Qualifications
Required Hard Skills & Experience:
•5 to 7 years of overall experience working with financial data analysis within a large corporate environment (Enterprise or Financial Institution experience is highly preferred).
•Advanced Excel Proficiency: Proven experience analyzing massive datasets, utilizing advanced formulas, and merging complex files.
•Clarity Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience using Clarity as a financial book of record or project management tool.
•Financial Literacy: Strong background in reviewing, auditing, and analyzing corporate financial transactions.
