Administrative Assistant
Full-time
RUMBERGER & FETTIS ACCOUNTING LLP
Manage reception duties and incoming phone calls
Complete administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
Handle scheduling, filing, scanning, copying, and general office support
Manage Google Calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
Provide administrative support in a fast-paced office environment
Perform time entry, tracking, and monthly reporting
Maintain internal listings and client files
Assist upper management with special projects
Complete mail processing and bank deposits
Assist with billing and invoicing
Communicate with CRA to assist clients with routine inquiries
2-3 years of previous administrative or assistant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
An aptitude for numbers is considered an asset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
