Bilingual Inside Sales Consultant
Moneris
Drive bilingual inside sales from Moneris’s Etobicoke office, combining French and English communication with full-cycle selling in a hybrid model.
As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will manage customer conversations, build business relationships, and pursue targets. You will support merchants seeking online presence and commerce tools while developing detailed Moneris product knowledge. The position reports to the Manager, Sales Centre and supports an upcoming sales class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales cycles from initial contact through closing
- Prospect through outbound calls between inbound conversations
- Manage partner leads and meet productivity standards
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, rates, and competitors
- Apply Moneris training programs to enhance sales skills
Requirements:
- Sales experience with success meeting targets
- Post-secondary business, commerce, or marketing education
- Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows
- Fluency in French and English
Use bilingual communication, product knowledge, and sales discipline to help Moneris merchants access effective commerce solutions.
