Our company is expanding and we are looking for dynamic, results-oriented people to join our amazing team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for quality, capacity, cycle times and installer commerce as described by customer requests.
- When needed give field and technical support by phone or on site.
- Compliance of Installers (WCB, WSIB , criminal background checks)
- Understanding of pricing models and invoicing procedures.
- Customer “issues” management.
- Service repairs and installs when necessary.
- Building relationships with customers (i.e. understanding the customer segments relative to installation capacity).
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years related trade experience and or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in managing installation crews.
- Proven Success in similar position.
- Able to lead a team of installers and hold them accountable to deliver corporate profile.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Works well under pressure with limited supervision.
