Wine Rack Team Lead Position New Tecumseth

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise store operations during the Store Manager's absence
- Drive sales and coach team members on performance
- Enforce policies to ensure a smooth operation
- Conduct training sessions and help develop team skills
- Manage inventory and administrative functions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year in leadership
- Familiar with POS register and customer service roles
- Capability to lift 21 kilograms and perform physical tasks
- High School diploma or equivalent, minimum age of 19
- Smart Serve certification required
