Support patient health at LifeLabs as a part-time Lab Patient Technician. Engage in vital specimen collection and testing preparations while working every Saturday to enhance patient care. In this valuable role, you will be responsible for managing the entire specimen collection process while ensuring compliance with necessary procedures. Your tasks will include performing phlebotomies, ECG tests, and special test collections, all while interacting compassionately with patients. Exceptional record-keeping and documentation skills are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and explain testing protocols
• Conduct phlebotomies and ECG habitually
• Complete special collections and related paperwork
• Maintain accurate patient data records
• Prepare specimens thoroughly for transportation

Requirements:

• Graduated from an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
• Experience in phlebotomy preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Capable of handling patient confidentiality
• Must be available every Saturday
