Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) is offering an exciting position for a fellowship-trained diagnostic radiologist to join our vibrant team of 16 specialists. You'll have access to advanced imaging tools like our 3Tesla MRI and ongoing expansion efforts, which will elevate our diagnostic capabilities. Your main responsibilities will include performing crucial procedures like biopsies and drainages while collaborating with our interventional radiology team for complex interventions. This position includes the flexibility of home reporting rotations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging and interpretation tasks
- Initiate and complete biopsy and drainage procedures
- Collaborate with teams on patient management
- Utilize leading-edge imaging technology effectively
- Engage in leadership opportunities with NAVIG8 Program
- Completion of fellowship training in diagnostic radiology
- Current license to practice in British Columbia
- Strong communication skills in clinical settings
- Capacity for teamwork in a collaborative environment
- Eagerness to pursue ongoing professional development
