Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize reception operations, including multi-line phones, shipping/mail, visitor registration, and guest services at a global HQ

Qualifications
Polished, confident, personable and professional individual with a strong customer service background. Ideally has experience in a corporate environment and is comfortable interacting with executives, employees and visitors.
