Senior Change and Release Manager Position

Become a vital part of IT operations as a Change and Release Manager in Woodbridge, where you'll oversee critical change processes and enhance release strategies. In this senior role, you will manage the organization's change management and release strategies while reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Operations and Resilience. Key tasks include assessing change impacts, facilitating stakeholder review meetings, ensuring compliance, and managing deployment activities. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will help streamline processes and drive improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee change management processes
- Evaluate proposed changes and their implications
- Facilitate and document change review meetings
- Coordinate release calendars and stakeholder communication
- Implement improvements based on post-implementation reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with change management tools
- ITIL certification is a plus
