The Role:
As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance and support through live chat. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order status.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dedicated customer support team, working closely with other specialists and team leads.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Technical skills: Live chat software, CRM systems.
- Soft skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Empathy.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
