Job Responsibility:
Welcome to The Vape Ape. We are a cozy little vape shop in Leaside and we're looking for team members to come on board and join our family.
We are a brand new store, looking to bring on staff as we grow our business. We are looking for friendly sales staff who love to vape and want to work in a vape shop!

Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a friendly and positive experience
- Establishing and cultivating genuine relationships with all customers
- Stock, pick, pack, and fulfill products and product orders
- Using POS system to make sales and track all inventory
- Following strict company and government compliance guidelines for age-gating minors (ID checks)
- Following company standards and procedures in regard to cleanliness, inventory, security, etc (training will be provided)
- Reporting any issues/concerns or discrepancies to management

Qualifications:
- Previous Vape Store experience and knowledge of the industry is preferred
- Must have previous retail experience
- We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented people to work at our store.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must
- Possess knowledge of the industry and its products while also staying on top of new trends that emerge.
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn our menu and the products we carry
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to move quickly and adapt quickly as this can be a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills are great assets. We want to hire/promote from within and have you grow with us.
- Have a good understanding of computers, mathematics, and inventory tracking
- Professional, tidy appearance, and good personal hygiene.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
