Vape Shop Hiring Sales Associate Full Time/Part TimeLocation: St. Clair Ave West/Runnymede (M6N 1L3)

Job type: Part-time/Full time
:The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service as per company standards, working with a Point of Sale (POS) system, generating sales, updating social media, restocking inventories, merchandising Vape products and general upkeep of the store cleanliness and appearance.
Major Duties:You work on the front lines, serving and educating Vape clienteles, carrying out transactions, generate sales opportunities, providing advice to customers and finding solutions that meet their individual vaping needs. We value each person's unique customer service style and encourage our representatives to bring their best to the counter.
Responsibilities:-Maintain a friendly positive and mature attitude.-Multi-tasking to serve multiple customers at a time while maintaining excellent customer service.-Answer customer questions/concerns in person, on the phone and/or in email.
Experience & Skills:-Previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.-Knowledge of the Vaping industry and E-cig products is a must.-Strong written and verbal communication skills.-Organized and self-motivation.-Friendly, trustworthy and reliable.-Must be able to work in a vaporized environment.-Current or previous vaping experience preferred.
-Team leader and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements:-Candidate must be of legal vaping age, 19 years or older.-Knowledge of current Vape industry products and standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
