Retail Sales Associate - Keyholder | Toronto Eaton Centre

Showcase, Home of the Hottest Trends , is looking for a confident and dependable Keyholder to join our busy Toronto Eaton Centre location.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for substantial part-time hours and room to grow.

What you’ll do

Deliver a fun, engaging customer experience
Demonstrate products and help customers find what they love
Drive sales through product knowledge and recommendations
Support opening and closing responsibilities as a Keyholder
Process sales and returns
Help with merchandising, replenishment, and daily store operations
Work independently when required

What we’re looking for

Open availability , including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and sales skills
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking responsibility
Someone who enjoys a busy, fast-paced environment
