The Indie Alehouse Brewing co - is looking to fill a key role in the company - Bottleshop Retail Store Sales Associate.

This is a growth opportunity role, with a lot of opportunity for advancement.

We operate two large retail spaces in the city and are looking for an energetic sales oriented retail associate to help deliver all the activities of a world class brewery retail experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background and familiartiy with Ontario Craft beer, retail sales and customer service , as well as problem solving and a strong entrapreneurial spirit. This role has the opportunity to greatly impact our customer experience and sales results . Its a hard-working role, not an office job or Mall retail store position. Meeting and talking to people about great beer, sampling and engaging with our customers is a fun, rewarding experience for the right person joining our team.

Starting pay has a range depending on experience, a sales and performance bonus at the individual and team level will be based on results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Stock and inventory management, updates and reporting
• Sales and service to customers, assisting them with their beer purchase
• Brand Ambasador activities, representing the company at sampling events
• Order tracking and resolving customer inqueries
• Maintaining a clean and efficient work space

This position will require working at 2876 Dundas st West (the Junction brewpub location) AND possibly the location inside Eataly Yorkville.

Ability to safely lift a case of beer is required. An updated SmartServe certificate is required.

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
