- Mentor and develop consultants, helping build the next generation of professionals.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams across Canada and globally to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.

- 6+ years of relevant experience, including industry experience and/or stakeholder/Indigenous engagement in Canada, or a related position with a resource development company to understand operational needs.
- Experience in mine closure planning, particularly the development of strategic closure goals, closure objectives, and associated criteria.
- Experience supporting the environmental approval and permitting process for capital projects (i.e., new developments or expansions).
- Experience planning, organizing, and implementing stakeholder engagement activities, including open houses, interviews, virtual forums, and feedback mechanisms.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations and training sessions, and leading/facilitating discussions with small and large groups of diverse stakeholders.
- Experience conducting third‑party reviews against industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
- Strong project management skills, including development of work plans, budgets, schedules, and project controls.
- Well‑developed team‑building skills and demonstrated experience working with diverse teams, including mentorship and/or line management of junior staff.
