Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Employee to support the flow of goods through receiving, storing, issuing, transporting, and recording materials. The role also supports shipping activities, inventory control, and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Goods Receiving & Storage
Inspect goods for quality, accuracy, and damage
Label and code materials using internal systems
Store goods according to FIFO and warehouse procedures Order Picking & Issuing Replenish stock and part packs
Supply materials to internal departments
Pick and prepare items for shipment or collection
Safely operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and stackers
Report shortages and coordinate product release activities Inventory & Administration Perform inventory counts and checks
Record goods movements in the ERP/logistics system
Maintain logistics records and report discrepancies Shipping & Transport Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and waybills
Coordinate domestic and international shipments Continuous Improvement & Team Support Identify and support logistics process improvements
Assist with process documentation and training
Support colleagues and answer logistics-related questions Requirements Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
Understanding of safety procedures and internal processes
Valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
