Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Conduct inspections on incoming trade-ins and vehicle purchases.

• Service Coordination: Schedule appointments and maintenance to prepare fresh inventory for sale.

• Digital Merchandising: Collaborate with team members to get newly arrived vehicles photographed and published quickly to our website.

• Logistics & Team Lead Support: Coordinate our driver team to move inventory seamlessly across our dealership locations.

• Lot Audits: Lead weekly inventory audits to maintain accurate lot records (requires working outdoors in various weather conditions).

• Wholesale Operations: Assist in finalizing wholesale vehicle deals.

• General Support: Adapt to diverse daily operational tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

• Valid Full G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract

• 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting

• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and office tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word)

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• High accuracy, clear communication, and a positive, team-first attitude

• Vehicle or automotive industry experience ( asset )

• Photography experience ( asset )
