Service Coordinator

As our new Service Coordinator, you will be coordinating end-to-end service activities that keep our customers' pump and water technology systems running at peak performance, from scheduling and dispatching field technicians to managing service orders and ensuring timely resolution of customer needs. What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Commercial Service Operations team, you'll create impact by driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence by ensuring every service interaction is efficiently coordinated, accurately documented, and delivered on time.

Your main responsibilities include

• Coordinate and schedule service activities including installations, maintenance, and repairs for field service technicians
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service requests from intake through completion
• Process and track service orders, purchase orders, and work orders in ERP systems to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, and field teams to prioritize urgent service needs and optimize technician utilization
• Maintain detailed service records, generate reports on key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support quoting and proposal preparation for service contracts and ad-hoc repair work

What Makes You a Great Fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented coordinator with strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment. We would also imagine that you have:

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service operations
• Proficiency with ERP or service management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail

It is a plus if you also

• Experience in the pump, HVAC, or industrial equipment service industry
• Familiarity with service contract management and warranty processes
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

The salary range for this position is $ 53,300.00 - $72,880.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
