Director of Financial Strategy & Decision Support

Join a leading lifecycle management company as the Director of Business Decision Support and Financial Performance. This key role drives financial strategy through expert reporting and forecasting capabilities. You will oversee the Business Analyst team and partner with departments like Operations and Finance to refine budget processes and enhance financial reporting. Candidates should bring a CPA and over 10 years of business analysis experience, alongside proficiency in advanced financial tools like Excel and SAP. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive financial reporting and analysis initiatives
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for decision-making
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance metrics
- Conduct competitive benchmarking for resource optimization
- Collaborate with Central Finance on compliance and reporting
- CPA designation is a must
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High proficiency in Office365 and ERP systems
- Experience in leading complex projects and teams
