Director of AI Strategy and Implementation

Spearhead the execution of the ML & AI strategic vision
Champion intelligent automation initiatives to improve efficiency
Design production-ready machine learning solutions
Establish evaluation metrics and success benchmarks
Cultivate and mentor a skilled ML engineering team

Requirements:

Over 10 years of ML/AI engineering experience
Strong background in MLOps and data integration
Advanced degree in a relevant discipline
Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks
Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams
