Array Marketing Group is seeking a Sr. Director, Total Rewards to design and govern the organization’s global compensation, benefits, job architecture, HRIS, payroll, and mobility programs.
Based in Canada with regional leadership responsibility, you will drive market competitiveness, internal equity, and governance across mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with CHRO, Finance, Legal, and regional HR teams to implement scalable rewards solutions, ensure compliance, and lead a small global
