Compensation and Benefits Manager Canada
Artech L.L.C.
Lead strategic global reward programs in Canada as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. Analyze compensation trends to ensure compliance with local market practices and legislation. In this role, you will have 5-8 years of experience focusing on compensation and benefits. You will analyze program effectiveness, conduct market research, and provide insights to HR business partners and leaders. Your expertise will also guide the implementation of corporate initiatives in a large, global organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and administer global reward programs in Canada
- Analyze compensation and benefits for competitiveness
- Conduct salary survey participation and benchmarking
- Provide insights and analyses to HRBPs and leaders
- Monitor legislative changes to ensure compliance
- 5-8 years’ experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong knowledge of Canadian benefits legislation
- Experience in executive compensation analysis
- Proven vendor management and project skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
