- Préparer des rapports et d'autres documents pour examen et présentation aux comités exécutifs et aux conseils d'administration
- Analyser les notes de services, les mémoires et les rapports reçus et envoyé
- Rédiger des exposés et des rapports et coordonner la préparation, la production et la présentation de ces documents
- Préparer l'ordre du jour des réunions et prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour les réunions des comités, des conseils d'administration et autres
- Assurer une liaison avec les cadres supérieurs du ministère ou de l'entreprise et autres organismes ou associations
- Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les opérations journalières
- Fournir le service à la clientèle
- Organiser des voyages, établir les itinéraires et faire les réservations
- Préparer les factures, rapports, mémorandum, lettres, rapports financiers et voir à l'administration de contrats et autres documents
- Gérer et mettre en œuvre la convention collective négociée, y compris les conditions d'emploi, entre le syndicat et l'employeur
