About The Role

As a RevOps Partner on our Customer Success team, reporting to Justin, our Head of Sales & CS, you help Vasco clients design, implement, and evolve their revenue systems from onboarding through early scale. You work directly with senior client stakeholders, often the people who own the revenue number, so part of the job is earning their trust and guiding their decisions with credibility.

We are open to candidates at different levels, including senior; twelve months in, you are independently delivering implementations that create reliable time to value and customer relationships the team can count on.

What you will do

  • Vasco Product Implementations: Lead or support Vasco implementations from onboarding through post-go-live optimization, scaled to the complexity of each engagement.
  • Requirements translation: Turn ambiguous client business requirements into scalable revenue workflows across Vasco and their CRM.
  • CRM architecture: Configure Vasco and design or improve CRM structures so the two integrate cleanly.
  • Diagnostics and audits: Run CRM audits that surface gaps and produce practical, prioritized improvements.
  • Senior stakeholder advisory: Advise senior client stakeholders directly, in business reviews and working sessions, with analysis they can act on and present upward.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client engagements
  • Product feedback loop: Feed implementation learnings and client insights back to Product and Customer Success to shape how we better solve client challenges

What we’re looking for

  • Revenue engine experience. You've worked in GTM, Ops, or RevOps, with a real grasp of how revenue functions, handoffs, and metrics fit together. SaaS experience is a strong proxy.
  • CRM builder. You've built and audited in a modern CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) at an admin or advanced power-user level, including workflows, configuration, and reporting.
  • Senior-stakeholder credibility. You've earned trust with senior client stakeholders through clarity and composure.
  • Requirements translation. You can turn vague requirements into structured, actionable plans.
  • Direct client diagnosis. You've diagnosed problems directly with clients and explained tradeoffs clearly.
  • Multi-engagement delivery. You've managed multiple client engagements at once.

What'll make you stand out

  • Bilingual. You're fluent in English and French.
  • Revenue metrics fluency. You know your way around pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion-funnel metrics (and other SaaS Metrics)
  • BI / analytics. You've designed or maintained BI dashboards or analytics workflows.
  • Early-stage GTM exposure. You've supported early-stage or scaling companies through evolving GTM systems.

À propos du rôle

En tant que Partenaire RevOps au sein de l'équipe Customer Success, en lien direct avec Justin, notre Head of Sales & CS, tu aides les client·e·s de Vasco à concevoir, déployer et faire évoluer leurs systèmes de revenus, de l'onboarding aux premières phases de croissance. Tu travailles directement avec des interlocuteur·rice·s client de haut niveau, souvent les personnes qui portent le chiffre de revenus, donc une partie du rôle consiste à gagner leur confiance et à orienter leurs décisions avec crédibilité. Nous sommes ouvert·e·s à des candidatures de différents niveaux, y compris senior; après douze mois, tu livres des implémentations en autonomie, avec un time to value fiable et des relations client sur lesquelles l'équipe peut compter.

Ce que tu feras

  • Implémentations Vasco: Piloter ou soutenir des implémentations Vasco, de l'onboarding à l'optimisation post mise en production, selon la complexité de chaque engagement.
  • Traduction des besoins: Transformer des besoins business ambigus en workflows revenus scalables via Vasco et le CRM du client.
  • Architecture CRM: Configurer Vasco et concevoir ou améliorer les structures CRM pour que les deux s'intègrent proprement.
  • Diagnostics et audits: Mener des audits CRM et GTM qui révèlent les écarts et produisent des améliorations concrètes et priorisées.
  • Conseil aux interlocuteur·rice·s senior: Conseiller directement des interlocuteur·rice·s client de haut niveau, en business reviews et sessions de travail, avec des analyses sur lesquelles ils peuvent agir et qu'ils peuvent présenter à leur direction.
  • Boucle de feedback produit: Faire remonter les apprentissages d'implémentation et les insights client vers les équipes Produit et Customer Success pour orienter ce qui se construit.

Ce qu'on recherche

  • Expérience d'un moteur de revenus. Tu as travaillé en GTM, Ops ou RevOps, avec une vraie compréhension de la façon dont les fonctions de revenus, les handoffs et les métriques s'assemblent. Avoir travaillé en SaaS est un bon proxy.
  • Builder CRM. Tu as construit et audité dans un CRM moderne (HubSpot, Salesforce ou équivalent) au niveau admin ou power user avancé, incluant workflows, configuration et reporting.
  • Crédibilité auprès d'interlocuteur·rice·s senior. Tu as gagné la confiance d'interlocuteur·rice·s client senior par la clarté et le sang-froid.
  • Traduction des besoins. Tu sais transformer des demandes vagues en plans structurés et actionnables.
  • Diagnostic direct avec les client·e·s. Tu as diagnostiqué des problèmes directement avec les client·e·s et expliqué les arbitrages clairement.
  • Livraison multi-engagements. Tu as mené plusieurs engagements client en parallèle.

Ce qui te démarquera

  • Bilingue. Tu maîtrises l'anglais et le français.
  • Aisance avec les métriques de revenus. Tu es à l'aise avec la santé du pipeline, le forecasting et les métriques de funnel de conversion (et autres métriques SaaS).
  • BI / analytique. Tu as conçu ou maintenu des dashboards BI ou des workflows analytiques.
  • Exposition GTM early-stage. Tu as accompagné des entreprises early stage ou en phase de scale à travers des systèmes GTM en évolution.
