Director of Finance Transformation at Great-West

Shape the future of finance at Great-West Lifeco as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Innovation. Influence transformative processes in finance operations while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies. We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead crucial design and implementation projects within the SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Program. This role focuses on optimizing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management processes, influencing the long-term financial strategy. Your expertise will guide process simplification and automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder perspectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of future-state finance processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders on current challenges and opportunities
- Challenge design recommendations aligned with Clean Core principles
- Prepare materials for governance and decision-making forums
- Oversee testing and business readiness activities
- Strong finance and accounting background
- Experience with financial reporting and controls
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven stakeholder management and collaboration ability
- Experience in finance transformation initiatives preferred
