Le/La chargé(e) de recrutement en recherche clinique travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la direction des programmes, les responsables du recrutement et les équipes de sourcing afin d'attirer et d'embaucher des professionnels qualifiés pour soutenir les essais cliniques et les initiatives de développement de médicaments. Le/La candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une solide expérience du recrutement au sein d'entreprises de recherche clinique, d'organismes de recherche sous contrat (CRO), d'entreprises de biotechnologie ou d'entreprises pharmaceutiques , et comprend la complexité du recrutement de profils spécialisés dans le contexte du développement clinique.
Ce poste requiert une approche consultative du recrutement, une forte implication des parties prenantes et la capacité à proposer des candidats de haut niveau sur un marché du travail concurrentiel en recherche clinique.
Principales responsabilités
- Gérer l'intégralité du cycle de recrutement pour les postes en développement clinique au sein des programmes FSP dédiés aux promoteurs.
- Les responsabilités incluent la collaboration avec les responsables du recrutement pour définir les exigences des postes, le sourcing et l'évaluation des candidats, la coordination des entretiens, ainsi que la gestion des offres et de l'intégration (onboarding).
- Recruter pour des postes tels que des ARC, des chefs de projet d'essais cliniques, des scientifiques cliniques, des gestionnaires de données, des biostatisticiens, des spécialistes des affaires réglementaires et des professionnels de la pharmacovigilance.
- Maintenir un vivier de candidats de qualité, suivre les indicateurs de recrutement dans les systèmes ATS/CRM, informer régulièrement les parties prenantes et soutenir la planification des effectifs tout en garantissant une expérience candidat positive et des négociations salariales compétitives.
Qualifications requises
- Baccalauréat ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
- 3 ans et plus d'expérience en recrutement dans le domaine de la recherche clinique, au sein d'organismes de recherche sous contrat (CRO), d'entreprises pharmaceutiques ou de biotechnologies
- Expérience du recrutement pour des postes en développement clinique, notamment : Attachés de recherche clinique, chefs de projet, gestionnaires de données, biostatisticiens, professionnels des affaires réglementaires
- Expérience de la gestion de plusieurs recrutements dans un environnement dynamique
- Excellente maîtrise des systèmes de suivi des candidatures et des outils de recrutement
Qualifications souhaitables
- Expérience du soutien aux programmes de recrutement des prestataires de services de recherche clinique (FSP) ou des promoteurs
- Connaissance du cycle de vie des essais cliniques (phases I à IV)
- Expérience du recrutement dans des domaines thérapeutiques clés, notamment :
Oncologie, maladies rares, immunologie, vaccins
- Expérience du recrutement à l'international (Amérique du Nord, Europe ou Asie-Pacifique)
- Connaissance des BPC et des cadres réglementaires ayant un impact sur les postes en recherche clinique

La rémunération de base pour ce poste se situe entre 67 048 $ et 89 397 $ par année. La rémunération annuelle finale sera déterminée en fonction de l’expérience et peut varier selon le lieu de résidence.

The Clinical Research Recruiter will partner closely with program leadership, hiring managers, and talent sourcing teams to attract and hire highly skilled professionals supporting clinical trials and drug development initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting within clinical research, CROs, biotech, or pharmaceutical organizations and understands the complexity of hiring specialized talent in the clinical development ecosystem.
This role requires a consultative approach to recruiting, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in competitive clinical research talent markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical development positions within sponsor-dedicated FSP programs.
- Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and onboarding.
- Recruit for roles such as CRAs, Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Scientists, Data Managers, Biostatisticians, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance professionals.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics in ATS/CRM systems, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and support workforce planning while ensuring a positive candidate experience and competitive offer negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience within clinical research, CROs, pharmaceutical, or biotech organizations
- Experience recruiting for clinical development roles such as:
- Clinical Research Associates, Trial Managers, Project Managers, Data Managers, Biostatisticians, Regulatory Affairs professionals
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting FSP or sponsor-dedicated recruitment programs
- Understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle (Phase I–IV)
Experience recruiting within key therapeutic areas such as:
- Oncology, Rare Disease, Immunology, Vaccines
- Experience recruiting globally across North America, Europe, or Asia-Pacific
- Familiarity with GCP and regulatory frameworks impacting clinical research roles
