Program Manager for TAC Initiatives

Join the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) as a Program Manager, where you’ll support key councils in achieving strategic objectives through project management and collaborative efforts. This full-time role requires expertise in managing technical projects and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Reporting directly to the Director of Technical Programs, you will manage multiple TAC councils, support volunteer executives, and organize work programs. Your role includes overseeing pooled-fund projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance national technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage work plans and prepare meeting materials for councils • Facilitate webinars for TAC’s Learning Program • Coordinate project activities and oversee consultant performance • Maintain budgets, contracts, and review financial reports • Communicate updates and ensure accuracy of project deliverables

Requirements: • Degree in civil engineering or related field • Minimum five years of relevant experience • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong collaboration and communication skills
