Procurement Manager

Responsibilities
- Supervise the Purchasing Department team and the Stores operations (outsourced services).
- Ensure transparency and integrity in contract awarding processes as well as technical specifications for all types of purchases.
- Coordinate inventory management while ensuring an adequate service level for maintenance activities and participate in the parts codification process.
- Manage the acquisition and disposal of equipment.
- Follow the fleet lifecycle optimization strategy.
- Analyze various data sources (purchasing systems, portals) in order to propose cost‑saving plans or initiatives to increase equipment availability (maintenance management).
- Perform any other related duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
- More than 10 years of experience in supply chain management or any other relevant experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Excellent customer service skills and understanding of operational needs.
- Experience with a procurement management system.
- Knowledge of mechanics or industrial environments.
