Expert SAP Consultant in HR Solutions

Maximize HR efficiency as an Expert SAP Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors and payroll implementations. Leverage your 8+ years of expertise to enhance organizational practices. In this senior role, you will focus on HR/payroll implementations, particularly Employee Central and global benefits. Your experience in Canadian payroll legislation and effective data migration will significantly contribute to the HR landscape. Acting as a liaison among business leads and integrators, your hands-on capabilities will streamline processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Employee Central with best practices
- Create and manage payroll schemas, PCRs, and Wage Types
- Supervise time management, including Time Off and Time Tracking
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation in a unionized context
- Guide data migration and ETL processes
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Capability in HR/payroll data migration
- Strong understanding of compliance issues
- Experience with Migration Center and data load tools
- Proven track record in large-scale ERP or SI projects
