Project Manager, ERP and CRM Solutions

Role

Big Bang ERP is seeking a Project Manager to be part of our fast-growing team.

Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Project Manager will actively participate in the management of ERP/CRM consulting teams to execute project implementations, integration and continuous support of cloud-based management solutions for our customers. In addition, the Project Manager will be called to act as a business analyst as well as account manager to existing customers. The candidate must display a high level of competency within all phases of project management as well as eagerness for customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

Project management (40%)

• Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases
• Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for projects and ongoing support activities
• Effectively manage scope, risks, change, negotiate, communicate and remove project roadblocks
• Create and manage project schedules, organize activities, determine the sequence of execution, identify dependencies and resources
• Work with team members to obtain estimates and identify relevant resources
• Participate in the sales process

Business analysis (30%)

• Analyze current business processes and define new processes to improve our customer's operating efficiency
• Coordinate requirements gathering, planning, design, implementation and validation with users
• Write documents and review project documentation: business processes, user guides, test plans, documentation systems, procedures and scope definition
• Develop/update training materials and provide training to our customer's key actors
• Act as a facilitator and participate in the implementation of organizational changes
• Estimate efforts & costs required for the delivery of complex and large-scale projects

Account management (30%)

• Earn clients’ trust and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle
• Look for, and assess, potential business opportunities related to assigned accounts
• Manage and resolve issues while providing superior customer service

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or software, computer science or equivalent discipline
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role (a must have)
• Excellent communicator / Keen aptitude for communication and interpersonal relations (soft skills)
• Fluent in both English and French
• Mastery of business process concepts (a must have)
• Experience in computer science (a must have)
• Proven ability to multi-task while simultaneously demonstrating initiative and creativity
• Ability to lead and manage project teams
• Experience with at least one ERP, CRM and/or e-commerce software
