ERP Functional Analyst D365

The Microsoft Dynamics Functional Analyst - Finance plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and translating business requirements and processes into D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) technological solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft D365 F&O; solutions, including configuration and module integration design.
- Facilitate implementation and support of Microsoft D365 F&O; to enhance business processes and resolve complex issues.
- Define and conduct required testing, including acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers.
- Participate in all phases of full-cycle Microsoft D365 F&O; implementations and organize working sessions with stakeholders.
- Provide user training and documentation to ensure effective system usage.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with other systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O; and related applications.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for the Microsoft D365 F&O; ERP system.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and actively resolve incidents, service requests, and demand items through the ITSM framework.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Finance module.
- Proven ability to identify and formalize business needs, and convert them into use cases and test cases.
Required Skills
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Exflow is an advantage.
- Ability to influence, persuade, and initiate change.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team experience.
- Good judgment and discretion in sensitive situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
