Overnight Nanny Needed - 3+ Fridays/Month | $20-$22/hour

We are looking for a reliable, experienced nanny for our 6-month-old baby and 2-year-old toddler on at least 3 Friday nights per month. Typical hours are 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, with occasional earlier starts around 6:00 or 7:00 PM for date nights. Pay is $20–$22/hour depending on experience and qualifications. The full agreed-upon shift is paid, including time spent resting or sleeping. Schedule We want this to be a predictable, long-term position.

• Minimum 3 Fridays per month
• Schedule arranged in 2-month blocks
• Normally, approximately 2 months' notice will be provided before the beginning of each new schedule
• Our first desired shift is Friday, September 4, 2026, so the initial schedule will have less notice

About Our Children Our youngest is 6 months old and is breast and bottle fed with expressed breast milk. Our oldest is 2 years old. We are specifically looking for someone who is confident caring for two very young children at the same time. Responsibilities

• Bedtime and overnight routines
• Bottle feeding and diaper changes
• Settling our baby and toddler during overnight wake-ups
• Handling routine overnight care independently whenever possible
• Following safe infant sleep practices
• Preparing a simple breakfast for the morning
• General household cleaning while the children are sleeping, including:
• Sweeping and mopping
• Kitchen cleaning
• Bathroom cleaning
• Dishes
• Folding laundry
• General tidying

Childcare is always the priority. We understand that on a difficult night with the children, fewer household tasks may be completed. At least one parent will normally be home overnight, particularly while everyone is getting comfortable with each other. We would not expect a new nanny to immediately be responsible for both children alone overnight. Over time, if a strong level of trust and comfort develops, there may occasionally be nights when both parents go out. Once the children are settled and the expected tasks are completed, you are welcome to sleep or rest between wake-ups. A pull-out couch is available. Requirements

• At least 3 years of childcare experience
• Experience caring for two young children simultaneously
• Strong infant and toddler experience
• Comfortable with overnight care and bottle feeding
• References
• Reliable and responsible
• Non-smoker
• Reliable transportation

Infant/Child First Aid and CPR are strongly preferred. Previous experience caring for two very young children overnight, particularly an infant and toddler, would be a strong asset.
