Office Assistant (Dental)

Job Responsibility:
This is an entry lever full-time general help/floater/assistant needed at our busy office. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and alternating Saturday. Our ideal candidate must be flexible and available to work anytime during office business hours; have excellent communication skills; well organized; has ability to multi task and enjoy working within a team environment; assume responsibility and work independently.
Responsibilities include:
- assist dentists, dental hygienists, dental auxiliaries and other team member as needed
- clean, disinfect and set up rooms
- clean and sterilize tools
- general housekeeping
- administrative duty as assigned
- collect payment and process insurance claims
- scheduling and remind patient appointments
- contact client to set up appointment
Job Types: Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
