Job Responsibility:

ASSISTANT TOYOTA SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Managerial experience is an asset
• Experience in Vehicle Sales
• The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc.
• A Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general supervisory skills
• Leadership abilities and team building skills
• The ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• The ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
• The ability to pay attention to detail
• The ability to multi task
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork
• A solid sales background and proven track record of your achievements, personally or professionally
• Excellent listening skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must possess a valid OMVIC license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
