Case Processing Assistan

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and review immigration application packages.
Collect and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain case files, CRM records, and internal tracking systems.
Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, timelines, and next steps.
Draft forms, letters, and supporting documentation under RCIC supervision.
Coordinate with employers, partners, and internal team members.
Ensure all work meets regulatory, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in administration, immigration, legal studies, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based document systems.
Experience in immigration or legal administration is an asset but not required.
Ability to work independently with professionalism and discretion.
