Remote SaaS Implementation Lead

SuiteSpot is a PropTech company transforming how residential real estate is managed at scale with our Maintenance and Capital SaaS solutions. As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will own end-to-end onboarding for new customers, configure the platform, manage data migration, and guide integrations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure smooth implementation, provide training, and build thorough documentation.
